Hi Bruce;

But, as long as the species can survive to an age that it can successfully
reproduce itself is all that evolution is basically interested in, is it
not? CHD disease caused in that manner as Cordain describes (and
additionally these are totally unprocessed foods) would take a very long
time to actually cause death, therefore it would seem to be an entirely
successful strategy?
