I do not know if I am an "average" diabetic but 1 TBSPN of flour would
definitely raise my BG readings by a significant amount. I know this because of food
reaction experiments using food portions with about amount of flour. Type 2
diabetic for 40+ years and for the past 20 years a student of the proper food
for not just diabetics, but for the human race.
