I have the same issues.  Find grass fed only beef and lamb. Make sure it in
not grass fed- grain finished. You may be responding to the animal feed.
My complexion is great when I stay away from chicken (even organic) and
focus on beef and lamb. I can can handle a little organic pork or turkey.
