My face just becomes bumpier and redder. I guess we all have our flaws so
I should accept it. However, now that I know that it is diet related
(contrary to what dermatologists say) I feel that I should be able to
prevent it. Maybe I'm a B-ish O (just kidding).
Do you really think the seafood is that contaminated? I'm so
disappointed. I used to live in Texas where you basically just don't eat
seafood. Too bad I love it so much. I was thinking that if humans evolved
near water (as some have theorized) then that is why Omega-3s are so
necessary for brain functioning/development. I take fish oil supplements
sometimes.
