One day last week, I had eaten egg, meat and salad, and then decided to eat
ice cream. I woke up at 11:30 p.m. from the pain of acid traveling up my
esophagus. Ice cream is not an acidic food and I never have that problem
when I eat eggs, meat and sald by themselves.
