Hello all,

My name is Charles Borg and I am from Malta Europe.  My callsign is 9h1fbs and I used to be on this list some time ago.  I
was the first blind person to attempt to get an amateur radio license here which i got in 1981.  I am very glad to be a part
of blind-hams again and hope to chime in when I get the hang of the subjects currently being offered on this list.
