Hello all.
I have just been diagnosed as gluten intolerant within the last two
weeks. I have completely changed my diet and am working on figuring out this
new life-style.
My question is this: I work in a pizza place and I LOVE it. I no longer
eat the pizza, or anything there, as it has all been cross-contaminated.
Some people have told me that I have to STOP working there, while others
aren't as sure. I thought I would toss this out to you and see what you say.
Do I have to quit working or can I keep working there?
