I wrote up a handout for people I meet who may have gluten intolerance or who feel good on a low carb diet. I thought some of you might like to print it up or pass it on electronically. I can reach far more people with it that way than I ever could giving it out in person. You may also, if you wish, contact me and I can send you the WORD file on it, though I think you can just copy it into your WORD prgram and it'll come out the way it started. I made it to fit onto a single sheet photocopied front and back. If you like the article, feel free to pass it on as is. If you would like me to change something, please contact me.
