Hi,

I'm not diagnosed yet, but I am pretty sure that gluten is not for me.

I have been fighting candida for over a year, through non-prescribed
anti-fungals and treatments, as well as having a strict low-carb diet,
no major allergens, such as gluten, dairy, corn, sugar, etc..

Lately I had been taking UDO's oil at my new naturopath's
recommendation. After a few weeks my stomach felt really sore, and teh
old symptoms were back. It seems that gluten affects me mentally, big
time. I end up being so full of anxieties, scared in the with visions?
or delusions?, feeling totally estranged from reality. It's eithe
rcaused by the gluten, or a reaction to foods getting into my system
undigested through my leaky gut.

Anyway, once I stopped taking the oil, I came back ok after about a
week.

I don't remember seeing someone mentioning symptoms like that here so I
thought I'd ask. The worst thing is that once I eat gluten, unknowingly
mind you, for a little while, my capacity to think is so affected that I
usually am lucky to realize that I must look at what I eat.. scary.. :(

Other foods affect me differently. Dairy makes my muscles weak, and
make me kinda lethargic.

Sugar makes my back painful, especially the neck.

If I could find a job detecting these things in food I could be rich :)

Anyway, I'm curious to hear if anyone else has the same effects.

Thank you
