I saw some Honeysuckle White Turkey Bratwurst at the grocery store and
thought I'd check the web site.  My concern was the citric acid.  They now
state clearly on the Nutrition page that all of their products are gluten free.

I noticed that the bottom of the page that the copyright is registered to
Cargill, Inc.  That was interesting, because I called Cargill recently
about the citric acid they produce for Kinetico water softeners that filter
tannin.  They assured me that theirs is from a non-gluten source, corn, if
I remember right.
