Hi everyone. I was diagnosed with Celiac three days ago and am slowly
feeling better. I am having difficulty comprehending what all of this new
stuff means. As yet I haven't found a list of what products to avoid in
the grocery store. I am aware that wheat, HVP and the like are dangerous
but what else do i need to look for. I have called the local chapter of
the celiac association and they are sending out info. Also I have a
friend who is Celiac. Is there anything else I can do. I am feeling
overwhelmed and would appreciate any words of support etc. My wife is
very supportive and so is my family. What I would like to hear is what
problems have been encountered in eating out and the like. Any and all
info would be appreciated.
