Go to http://thomas.loc.gov

Type in S741 and click on SEARCH

Click on the second line, S.741.RS to get the full version of the bill

The "Printer Friendly Display" on the right hand side of the header will
allow you to print all 44 pages of the bill as marked up if you wish.  The Food
Labeling aspects of the bill are toward the end of the bill under Title II.
