A friend usually makes home-made pizzas for his traditional Super Bowl
party.

Last year, in deference to my celiac diagnosis, he made one of his
pizzas esopecially for me. Instead of the conventional pie made from
flour, he used overlapping corn tortillas, with it winding up looking
like fish scales. It proved to be more popular than the pizza he made
the conventional way.

This year, he made all of his pizzas with corn tortillas instead of
flour, and they were definitely well received by the crowd. I can
strongly recommend this.
