Hope someone out there in the Phoenix area can help. I live in Texas, but my son and daughter-in-law live in Kingman, AZ. They get into Phoenix a lot and need some assistance with what food items to buy for their newly diagnosed 3 year old. He not only needs to avoid gluten, but also eggs and soy. He's a picky eater and is rejecting a lot of what they have come up with. I am helping them via the phone, but the best help would come from a parent who's been through this same kind of problem. Since I did not raise a child with Celiac disease and only know how to deal with it from my adult-onset prospective, it's hard for me to advise.
Thanks for any help you might be able to offer.
Christie in Austin, TX
