The Celiac Disease Foundation wants to send very special Thank Yous to members of this list and to vendors, who contacted us with offers of help during the recent California Wild Fires.  This is a very generous and caring community.

The reason you didn't hear from us is that we received no calls from people or organizations requesting GF foods. We could only surmise that since the fires were close to populated areas, food needs were able to be met by going to the local super markets.
