Hi all!
In response to the question about length of time to react to gluten:
My personal experience was that about 24 hours after I had eaten any wheat a
patch of skin on my hand would break out with dermatitis herpetiformis.
Taking several capsuels of acidophilus and using a prescription cortisone
cream would help it to clear up for me.
My questions today are:
The symptom that is bothering me the most is an almost constant paresthesia of
most of my skin that seems to come and go. It is a reactionary
stinging/itching sensation. What causes it and how can I get rid of it?
I also get sore muscles. If that is due to lack of calcium absorption, what
is a successful way for celiacs to get the calcium they need if not
ingesting any milk
products?
Thanks in advance for your help.
