Hi, my doctor has recommended I check into Juice Plus which is a supplement
which has 17 different fruits, vegetables and grains. The product has had much
scrutiny and contains food not vitamin supplementation. The grains include
oat bran and rye bran. I called the biochemist working with the company and he
says he gets 3-5 calls per day from celiacs.
He says the product is tested 3-4 times per year and has less than 200 parts
per million or what he says is considered NO gluten. It is also a Kosher
product.
Are any of you using it? Do any of the scientists on the list have an
opinion about a lower limit of gluten consumption? Does < 200 parts per million
mean no gluten?
I have no financial interest in this company. I just dont' get enough
nutrition.
