Woops
Dave Westheimer pointed out that French's doesn't have gluten free soy
sauce. So it couldn't be in a GF beef Jerky. He is so right.
I called Grandpa's Beef Jerky about two months back and they said there
was no gluten in their beef jerky. I was unwilling to report my findings
untill we had personally tried it a few times to make sure that we
didn't have a reaction. When I wrote to the list I did it from memory.
When I got his e-mail I went back and checked my notes. It was La Choy
soy sauce not French's. I don't know why I said French's. Please forgive me.
Nevertheless, Grandpa's Beef Jerky is gluten free.
