I am not familiar with tutorials specifically for the deaf blind.
However, I know many enjoy the plain text tutorials of John Wilson from
the UK. The tutorials provide clear step-by-step instructions to do a
variety of tasks directly from the keyboard. John lists every step so
the blind end user just follows the keyboard instructions for every task.

I purchased John's Audio Sounds tutorial a couple of years ago and found
it quite effective in getting me up and running with audio on my PC.
Every instruction set was comprehensive and thorough yet concise and
clear enough for me to accomplish the task correctly each time. Hope
