There should be a setting in the SCSI controller as to which device it might
boot from. If using an Adaptec controller, you press control-A to enter
their configuration mode. Look for a setting to designate the boot device as
well as allowing a CDROM to boot. It has been a while since I did this so I
may be overlooking something.
