Interesting article. But it has raised a point- what happens in people
like me, who can eat carbohydrates to massive excess and not put on
weight? I get away with it in part because I am young (22) but my mum
and uncle are the same. Why aren't we turning the excess carbs into
fat, and what is happening to them instead?
