Thanks so much for answering my questions.  It really seems to me that some
people do very well on all meat diets.  Isn't it possible that you're not
showing ketosis because you are utilizing your ketones for energy?  Are you
trying to lose more weight or just hold steady?  I could be that your
weight is holding steady but your body composition ie fat to muscle ratio
is changing.
