which is my experience exactly. In fact, I would go so far as saying that
it works for me perfectly with some foods - whether raw/"original" or not;
and it doesn't work *at all* with other foods - whether raw/"original" or
not. For example, I mentioned meat fat. I lose taste for it whether it's
raw, cooked, obvious, hidden, whatever. Some nuts, however, I can eat until
the cows come home - regardless of their preparation/non-preparation. I
have to "stop" myself every time. (Well, I will admit that some fiery-hot
spices do seem to slow my nut-munching down a bit :)
I sincerely believe that most of these tastes are genetic, although there
is probably a good deal of "nurture" going on here as well.
And - before any "hard-core" instinctos shoot me down, I know what you're
going to say: "I'm not doing it right". Well, seems like I've heard that
from every other health system proponent as well. "The system can't be
wrong, so it must be the fault of the practitioner". Yada-yada-yada......
