If it is true that eaters of foods containing free glutamates tend to be
short(er) and fat, and it is known that cooking frees glutamates from
the bound state, then  this seems to indicate that paleo man (pal ee o)
was wise enough to eat raw.

Take that, depraved eaters of cooked food!  ;)
