I gave up dairy completely three months ago, and just reached my goal weight
(and have now surpassed it). I feel MUCH better without the dairy, too. No
more constipation, no more sinus headaches or clogged sinuses in the morning,
clearer skin, and finally losing those last 10 pounds!

I love yogurt, too, but feeling great is much more important to me.
