I have watched my female relatives condition my two girls to hate and
fear bugs, snakes and the like. I fight back by buying them rubber
snakes, lizards and such-like for Christmas. They love chasing Grandma
around with that rubber snake. She screams.

Some Japanese by the way eat several bugs, grasshoppers, bee larvae.
