Same here.  I looked at the "Eat Right for your Type" diets, and found
that many food on the list don't agree with me or make me feel less well.


Does rH factor (I'm A negative) have anything to do with these diets?

I really do best on pretty strict Paleo.  But my weakness is sweets.  I'll
fight that forever, I guess.
