Yes, it's a problem with raw soybeans, for sure, but lectins are much
less of a problem for processed soybeans. Dr. Pusztai replied to my
emailed questions about this (he literally wrote the book on Plant
Lectins) and said that most legume lectins are not a problem, and even
soy and kidney bean lectins are only problems in raw seeds. I was glad
to hear that.
