>Individuals who have PCOS find that when they switch to a
>low-carbohydrate way of eating, their menstrual cycles return to normal....
Bingo. Before going low-carb (followed by Paleo), my cycles were anywhere
from 30 to 54 days apart with an average of 45. I'm not in a clockwork mode
(i.e. EVERY 28 days), but I'm certainly regular -- I now see the proverbial
"Aunt Flo" every 29 to 33 days. Good enough for me! Just one of a litany
of improvements. I'd call myself conditionally PCOS. I'm cured on one
condition - I control my insulin via diet.
