here in Sweden we're becoming more and more "american like" in our eating. That's one of the reasons for me trying to turn paleo.
Deep fried candy bars? Huh?

S.A.D. is an acronym, standing for the Standard American Diet, meaning
lots of fast food, junk food, and all of the other strange things
Americans tend to eat these days, like deep fried candy bars.
