Theola answers:
1)PaleoDiet by Cordain.  Can't give you the page number because I've lent it to a son's girlfriend who has PCOS.
2)Protein Power Lifeplan, p. 321.
3)Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002), p. 180-181.

The Eades recommend eating protein based on lean body mass. Mine falls within the 60-70 gms per day.  What evidence do you have that that's marginal status?
