Hi. I'm new to the list.  I'm so dubious now about these studies considering
that there may be other factors at work and i'm not even anti-vegetarian
(tried it for 14 years).  There seem to have been plenty of long-lived
tribal peoples (at least anecdotally) and mortality statistics are a crock
given the high infant death rate. This article was quite interesting though.
