I think you will like it. I have become very stong this way. I have
never been this strong in my whole life and I maintain this most of
 this strength even when I don't have time to get to the gym. This
was a very plesant surprise. :-)

I was giving weekly amounts.

I actually put on too much "insulation". Nice for winter but some
of my clothes got too tight. :-(
