Yes, I agree, "those people with the four letter surnames," i.e., the JOBES
don't joke with their food.
Heard of the tourist that visited a Jobe family in Banjul one morning whiles
the kids were having their pap breakfast?
The story goes that the five kids had only one "cork" they were sharing,
taking turns and passing it round among themselves but that the rounds were
so fast that when the tourist later developed the photo he had taken of
them, each one of them was holding the "cork" in his hand.
