I sent 1000 norwegian kroner to Gambia last week through Western Union.
(Had to pay 175 kroner to send it)

In Gambia our family got 4300 dalasis without paying any additional
fees.

Currently norwegian kroner is apx. 10 % less worth than danish kroner.

A danish friend of mine who returned to Denmark this morning after
holidays in Gambia, was able to get 445 dalasis for 100 danish kroner
cash in one the "private" exchange places.

Oslo, Norway
