"With her head sticking out"?  This must be a Welsh expression.  I can
almost guess as to it's meaning :-)

Yeah Bobby, I remember the first storm on our honeymoon!! ;-)

All I did was laugh 'cos the doors closed on the bus as she was getting off
and I thought it funny my new bride was disappearing down the road with her
head sticking out. Talk about thunder and lightning!!
