Hey Bobby,

Ever since I had to go off-list @ work, I don't get a chance to get online much anymore at home.

Mags, you asked about the orthotics that were made for me:  they're made from a compound called "AquaPlast".  Wonderful stuff! I also had an AFO made by a "chain" orthotics group called "Hangers".  Not sure where the closest one is to you, but you can check online.
