The gov. only has authority over the National Guard.  "Posse Comitatus"
prevents the use of Army and Air Force troops against U.S. civilians.
Strangely enough, the that mandate does not apply to the Navy or Marine
Corps.

Is the rumor true they sent the Rangers to an ICU to see if they could catch
the daddy?  I'm curious to know what law the governor is using to send in
the Rangers?
