It would be helpful to know more about the computer and how often this
happens. What OS, make and model, age, components, etc. What are you doing
when this happens? Do you have a temperature monitor? Done a virus scan
recently?
This could be a virus, memory, Power Supply, overheating or a bad HD.
Do a Google search on "Computer Restarts" for more ideas.
