Hi Bob,
I would try to create on the XP computer two accounts with the user names on
the ME computers. Then on the ME computers log in with these user names.
And don't forget to look at the memory on the XP comp.
Hope this help.

Subject: [PCBUILD] Problem sharing drives

Hi

I can't access a shared drive between two computers.

I have setup a LAN with three computers. One has Win XP & the others have
Win Me OS. All are connected thru a router.

I have used the Win XP networking wizard on the Win Me computers. I can see
the drives on the Win XP computer from both others but when I try and open
the drive I get the following message:-

"\\Computer1 on \\Family is not accessible.

Not enough memory. Quit some programs"

There is plenty of memory on both computers.

I can get access between the Win Me computers & The Win XP computer can
access both others.

I can ping all computers and get a response.

Any Ideas?

Thanks
Bob
