I surely understand! But I cook the chicken only slightly, so the whole
thing is juicy, and I dip the meat in the fat that has melted off. I
eat all the fat on meat, and don't trim it off anything I cut. I save
fat to cook with. I drink straight fish oil. I'm weird:), but I have
friends on this list, I know.
