I've not long finished The Cholesterol Myths by Uffe Ravnskov.  It
really opened my eyes- I had no idea the "research" into fat
consumption was so mis-managed and corrupt.  It's just a shame that the
author doesn't notice the paleo connection in his brief references to
the Masai, Innuit etc.  He would probably consider it likely that
grains are the cause of heart disease- because the evidence suggests
that fat is not to blame, he assumes that there is no dietary
connection at all.  I keep meaning to e-mail him about it.
