Exactly right. Let me say this: Toleration ain't the same thing as healthfulness. Many on this list spend a lot of energy trying to find what they "can" and "cannot" eat. My reply -- a smart ass, overly semantic reply perhaps -- is that you CAN eat anything. And it's true that some things are *less bad* than others.
But I'm personally not interested in "less bad," so I avoid all the non-paleo but not as offending foods (dairy, rice, coffee, etc.). Save alcohol. I haven't yet given up my two glasses of wine on a Sunday evening.
