In an article "All the meat that's fit to eat" published in the Sydney
Morning Herald (Australia) today there was a breakdown of various 100 gram
meat serves.
Beef was as follows:
Zinc = 4 mg
Iron = 3.7 mg
Protein = 26.9 grams
Fat = 4.8 grams
Sat Fat = 2.1 grams
Our beef is all (at leats I am told it's all) grass fed. No grains.
My question is this: What might the other fat be? The fat that is not the
2.1 grams of Saturated fat listed above. Must admit that I find this whole
fat thing a tad confusing...
BTW the article (which I can't find online at the moment) suggests (among
other things) that normal Aussie beef has a better Omega-3 profile than
Organic Aussie Beef.
Thanks
