>So what if you are an O type that doesn't want to eat meat anymore for
various reasons such as you can't afford to buy grass fed or obtain wild
meat and you don't >like the thought of the way meat from the grocery
store is raised and slaughtered, and you are just plain sick of eating
It means "trouble" for an O. Nothing can replace animal protein. However
turkey legs/thighs are very inexpensive in WHOLE FOODS and they are not
treated like chicken. Bell & Evans "natural" chicken legs and thighs are
also affordable. ($2.99 - $3.39 a pound).
But if you don't want to eat any at all? I can't help.
