Well, that's kind of what I am doing.  I didn't ask her to
participate at all but because I'm doing it she's going to give
it a try.

I hope she does because she has health problems and I've always
believed that diet is the number one influence on just about any
kind of health issue.  And I know I've always felt my best when
steak was a regular component of my diet.  Cutting out the grains,
dairy, etc. is a new one for me.

Besides, things like this are always so much easier with a partner.
But I'll do it even if she decides she can't.
