While I'm sure most on here would get upset at this guy's low-fat-diet
remarks, the slide show at this address is pretty darn interesting to
look at:

(Hit the arrow under the pictures to get to the next slide. I think
there are about 20 slides all together).

It shows pictures of healthy organs placed beside diseased
ones. Of course, the stuff like the lungs of the smoker are
more lifestyle related than diet...but the picture of the
aorta with plaque is pretty sobering when compared to
the healthy one (which he says are very hard to find).
