Last week at a screening sponsored by a local store, I had my blood glucose checked with a monitor, can't remember the name but one of the latest gadgets that require only a tiny drop of blood.

Test came out to 67. Is that good? All I'd had that day was two cups of coffee, one w/ milk and the other w/ half&half. I'm a slow sipper, so the coffee was drunk over about three hours' time, with the last sip taken probably about an hour or so before the test.
