Assuming your book is right and the body uses about 800 mcg retinol per day
(RDA) then there's room for between 300 mg and 600 mg retinol in the body.
(300 mg ~ 365 * 0.8 mg; 600 mg ~ 2 * 365 * 0.8 mg) What do you think?
