A while back I ask if Kitchen Specialties brand of Dough Enhancer is gluten free.
The following is the only response I got. If anyone knows for sure, would you please e-mail me.

>Many dough enhancers do contain gluten. I do use Kitchen Resource brand and have spoken to them directly.  They confirm the Kitchen Resource brand is gluten free.  Please contact them at 801-261-3222.
